django CMS 2.2 release candidate 3 available

Changes from the first release candidate:

Media prefix was wrong in some cases
Some performance improvements
Fixed a security regression where staff users could escalate privileges to superuser
Various bugfixes

As with the first and second release candidate, this release should not be used in production just yet, but testing is encouraged.
