New Video 3.0 Tutorial: Creating CMS Plugins

A new video-based djangoCMS tutorial has been posted to YouTube.

It covers creating a new CMS Plugin for embedding GitHub Gists directly into any placeholder. The video also shows how to make the plugin "Text Enabled" so that the same plugin becomes available inside Text plugins and explains why some additional code is necessary to support this.

Finally, the video shows how the plugin–which is already quite useful–can be made even more so with some support from django-easy-select2, a nifty project started by Stanislav Lobanov (Asyncee on GitHub). Here's a list of recently created videos:
