3.1.2 release

django CMS 3.1.2 is out. Soon after 3.1.1 release, a cache invalidation issue has been discovered and we decided it deserved a prompt fix release.

Our commitment to quicker release cycle and more prompt response to the feedback from the community, guided us to decide to quickly release a fix for the subtle cache invalidation issue.

Upgrade is straightforward and require no action, thus all users are strongly advised to update their projects.

This release reduces friction across the whole project lifecycle: creating a new project, adding django CMS to an existing Django application, configuring larger deployments, controlling which plugins editors can use, and working with the CMS every day.
