PyCon US is sold out, but you can still get a ticket - free.

5 minutes read

We'll be at PyCon US once again this year as sponsors (come and say hello at Booth n. 331).

We have three extra tickets, that we'd like to give away:

  • one full conference ticket
  • two Expo-only tickets (these are for entrance to the exhibitors' hall only)

We'd like to give away these tickets to members of the django CMS community.

We're especially interested in people who run a Django meetups or user groups.

Have you held or are you planning to hold a django CMS session? We'd love to know about it.

To enter, follow @djangocms on Twitter and re-tweet our message, then send us a direct message on Twitter if you'd like to tell us more.

We're especially interested in hearing from users in or around Portland, but any django CMS user or developer or community member is welcome to apply.

The winner(s) will be notified on Friday 6th May. Please submit your entry before noon CET on that day.

Please note that the winning entrant must be 18 years of age or older, and that the ticket is non-transferable.

About django CMS meetups

We support groups that organise django CMS meetups, and can send out gifts and other materials, and even - if the location is right - a core developer to take part. Read more about this on our django CMS meetups page.

Release

django CMS 5.1 is here: easier setup, flexible deployments, and a fresh editing experience

This release reduces friction across the whole project lifecycle: creating a new project, adding django CMS to an existing Django application, configuring larger deployments, controlling which plugins editors can use, and working with the CMS every day.

Release

django CMS 5.0.9 released: security, accessibility, and stability improvements

This release addresses three medium-severity security vulnerabilities and includes improvements to accessibility, Django compatibility, permissions, Content Security Policy support, and general editor stability.
