Announcing EOL for django CMS 3.4 and 3.5
django CMS 3.4 was released nearly 4 years ago, and 3.5 about 2 years ago.
Following our guidelines, we announce the end of life (EOL) of django CMS 3.4 LTS. Its successor, django CMS 3.7 LTS, was released 8 months ago, ending extended support for 3.4. The recent security patches applied to 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7 mark the final updates for the 3.4.x and 3.5.x series of django CMS.
The currently supported versions, unless superceded by new releases, are:
- django CMS 3.7 (LTS) until at least September 2021.
- django CMS 3.6 until 3.8 is released.
We strongly recommend that users django CMS 3.4 and 3.5 updating to the latest 3.7.x version to take advantage of continued improvements, bug-fixes and security updates.
