We are thrilled to announce the start of our new django CMS Community Champion program for contributing developers, volunteers and other supporters: Your chance to support open source and win rewards for it - and our way of celebrating our community and making contributions more exciting!
With the launch of the django CMS Association in July we took the first step to revitalize the open source community. So far it has been very successful and many people and companies have joined us in the last couple of weeks.
In order to further vitalize django CMS community we will reward outstanding community members that are actively participating in, and contribute to django CMS as part of the django CMS Community Champions program. Please find the current Community Champions on the django CMS supporters page.

django CMS 5.1 is here: easier setup, flexible deployments, and a fresh editing experience
This release reduces friction across the whole project lifecycle: creating a new project, adding django CMS to an existing Django application, configuring larger deployments, controlling which plugins editors can use, and working with the CMS every day.
