django-cms 3.11.1 RC1 released

The first maintenance release candidate for django CMS 3.11 has arrived! Once again, we’d like to thank all contributors for their great efforts.


  • Support for Python 3.11
  • Support for Django 4.1
  • Add support for tel: and mailto: URLs in Advanced Page Setting redirect field (#7370)(0fd058e)
  • Improved dutch translations
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements

How to get it

Version 3.11.1rc1 is available for installation in several different ways: 

  • via pip (pip install django-cms==3.11.1rc1)

  • directly from GitHub
